2. Check-in time at our hotel after 15:00, check-out time before 12:00.
However, you can book early check-in and late check-out in advance, for example, if the time of arrival or departure of your vehicle does not coincide with the time of check-in or check-out. So take care of your comfort.

3. If you have another guest with you, we can provide him with an extra bed on a comfortable sofa.
This will be for an additional fee. Price from UAH 500 per day.

4. The whole team of the Shelter Hotel loves animals, but we ask you to leave them at home under supervision, because the hotel is not allowed to stay with pets.

5. We are confident in our staff, but in case of loss or damage to your belongings, you are obliged to notify the hotel immediately. If you have not made your claim to the hotel before the end of your stay, it is considered that your belongings have not been lost or damaged. To keep your valuables, all hotel rooms are equipped with safes. According to our rules, the hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that were not stored in the safe.

9. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (regular and electronic cigarettes, hookah, etc.). We care about the health of all our guests.
