Rules of residence in
apart hotels «SHELTER»
- Terms
- These rules regulate the relationship between guests (individuals who live in the hotel or intend to use hotel services) and the hotel "SHELTER", the executor of these services.
- Services provided by the hotel
- Basic services (services included in the room rate):
- accommodation in a room of the selected category;
- car parking in the hotel parking lot;
- SPA visit (from 10:00 to 22:00)
- storage of money, documents, securities, etc. in a safe in hotel rooms;
- use of WI-FI;
- storage of ski equipment on the ground floor of the hotel in a specially designated area.
- Basic services (services included in the room rate):
Additional services (services ordered and paid by the guest additionally):
- providing extra space in the room;
- use of the bar;
- The procedure for booking rooms, concluding a contract for hotel services and payment for services
- Room reservations are made in the following ways:

- online booking on the website: shelter.biz;
- by phone at the hotel reception: +38 0983000445.
- When booking a room, the hotel has the right to request a prepayment for the provision of hotel services. If the guest refuses to pay for the reservation, he will be accommodated in the hotel according to the order of the general queue. Prepayment is included in the payment of hotel services at the final settlement, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract concluded with the customer. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not returned. Advance payment is 30%
- Daily room sales are only available at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
- The contract for the provision of basic hotel services to the consumer is considered to be concluded after the registration of accommodation documents (filling in the questionnaire, registration) and is certified by a settlement receipt or another settlement document confirming the conclusion of the contract. The guest questionnaire, filled out and signed by the guest upon check-in, is an integral part of the public offer contract.
- Payment for hotel services is made by the guest upon check-in in full for the entire reservation period.
- Methods of payment for hotel services:
- cash at the hotel reception;
- VISA, MasterCard payment cards;
- payment by recalculation.
- Payment for additional services is made before the guest leaves the hotel.
- Room reservations are made in the following ways:
- Rules of residence and use of hotel property
- The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
- Check-in is after 15:00.
- Check-out is until 12:00.
- We offer early check-in or late check-out with a full-day payment.
- When staying in a hotel with parents (other relatives) of children under five without providing additional space, the fee for their accommodation is not charged.
- The hotel room is provided to the guest upon presentation of an identity document:
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
- diplomatic or service passport;
- seafarer's identity card;
- residence permit of a person who lives in Ukraine but is not a citizen of Ukraine;
- a national passport of a foreigner or a document substituting it, and a visa for the right to stay in Ukraine (unless otherwise provided by current bilateral agreements);
- birth certificate of minors under 16 years of age;
- driving license;
- for the military - an identity card or military ID.

The hotel room is provided to the guest after completing the application form and payment.
- Upon check-in at the hotel, the guest is given a room key (plastic magnetic card).
- Rooms are cleaned, towels and toiletries are changed daily. Bed linen is changed every three days.
- It is forbidden on site:
- smoking in rooms, corridors, other common areas;
- bring skis, snowboards and other equipment to the hotel;
- enter the hotel in ski boots;
- sing and shout loudly, use sound equipment and other sources of household noise from twenty-two to eight o'clock;
- stay of any animals;
- use tees, extension heaters and other heating appliances that are not included in the room equipment, except those issued to the guest by the hotel administration;
- leave electrical appliances and water on in the absence of guests in the room;
- park the car at the entrance and exit of the parking lot, in violation of the markings or in a place other than the one specified by the hotel administration;
- The hotel is responsible for the loss of money, other valuables (securities, jewelry) only if they have been separately transferred to the hotel for safekeeping.
- All hotel rooms are equipped with safes for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not stored in the safe.
- In case of loss or damage, the guest is obliged to immediately inform the hotel. If the guest has not presented his / her claims to the hotel before the end of the stay, it is considered that his / her belongings have not been lost or damaged.
- If you find forgotten things, the hotel is obliged to immediately notify the owner of the things (provided that their owner is known). Forgotten things are stored in the hotel for six months.
- The hotel reserves the right to check the room when the guest leaves the hotel.
- The guest is obliged to pay for additional services and return the electronic key when leaving the hotel. In case of damage to property or damage, reimburse in full.
- The consumer is obliged to comply with these Rules, the Rules of use of hotels and similar means of accommodation and provision of hotel services, approved by the Order of the State Tourist Administration of Ukraine № 19 of 16.03.2004, fire safety rules.
If the guest repeatedly violates these Rules, which leads to material damage, as well as creates inconvenience for other guests, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (to evict).
- Non-hotel guests are allowed with the permission of the guest from 8 am to 8 pm. The norms of clause 4.9 apply to visitors. of these Rules, the guest who invited him is responsible for observance of these norms by the visitor.
- Responsibilities of the parties
- In case of non-fulfillment in full or in part of the contractual obligations related to the provision of hotel services, the guilty party must compensate the other party for the damages caused by this.
- If it is impossible (refusal) to fulfill the terms of the previously concluded contract with the customer (guest) for the provision of hotel services, the hotel must, at the request of the guest, ensure its accommodation in another hotel located in the area, providing services of equivalent or higher quality. Additional costs incurred in this regard are covered by the hotel.
- The guest at detection of shortcomings in the rendered service, discrepancy of service to the assigned category of hotel has the right at the choice to demand:
- elimination of shortcomings free of charge and within a specified period;
- Damages related to damage or loss of hotel property are reimbursed by the guest in full.
- The hotel reserves the right to make changes to any prices and rates, even during their validity period.
